Q. Where are the tool shops and factories located?

A. GMSC's primary tool shops are located in China. We also represent manufacturers in Taiwan, the Philippines, and India.

A. As the U.S. sales office, GMSC handles all contact with the factories for you. Buyers do not need to be fluent in foreign languages, worry about off-shore time zone differentials, or overseas telephone charges.

A. No. All quotes are firm and all payments are in U.S. Dollars. Buyers never need to worry about foreign currency exchange fluctuations.

A. It's entirely up to each customer to specify their preferred FOB point. At your request, we can quote FOB Port of Origin, FOB Port of Entry or FOB your dock if you prefer. We are dedicated to providing whatever level of support you require.

A. Our payment terms are consistent with generally accepted industry standards. Typically, our terms are a 50 percent deposit with your order, 25 percent due on First Article approval and the balance due upon shipment of your mold.
